I am also an out-of-network provider for most PPO plans. Many PPO plans reimburse a portion of service costs. Before our first session, please verify your out-of-network benefits for mental health services with a LCSW.

For out-of-network insurance (e.g., Anthem Blue Cross), full payment is required at the session's start. A billable receipt will be provided monthly for reimbursement.

Accepted payments: credit card, HSA, and FSA accounts.
