Hello! My name is Blanca Amaya and I am the founder and owner of Amaya Counseling! I am a mother, wife, and daughter of immigrants. I am a licensed clinical social worker in California and an EMDR therapist. After working in the mental health field for over 10 years I decided it was time to start my own private practice focusing on helping adults heal from trauma/PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
